Refund and cancellation policy

Life OS Pro
Life OS Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. You pay once and the features stay unlocked on your Google account.
Try it before you pay
Every Pro feature is unlocked free for the first 15 days after you install the app. Nothing is charged during that period and no payment details are asked for. When it ends the app keeps working and your data stays where it is, so the decision to buy is made after you have used the thing, not before.
How to get a refund
The purchase is processed by Google Play, so refunds go through Google Play.
- Within 48 hours of buying, you can refund the purchase yourself from Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions, without asking anyone. This is the fastest route and it does not involve me.
- After 48 hours, write to hello@khanjankavani.com with the order number from your Google Play receipt. If the app did not do what this site says it does, you get your money back. I would rather refund you than have you keep an app you are unhappy with.
Requests are answered within two working days. Where a refund is approved, Google returns the money to the payment method you used, normally within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
Pro features lock again. Your data is untouched. Nothing you created is deleted, and the free tier keeps working.
Client work
The figures published on the work page are starting points, not quotes. As set out in the terms, the price, the scope and the timeline for any project are agreed in writing before work begins, and that written agreement is what governs the project, including how payment and cancellation are handled for it.
If a project is cancelled part-way, what has been paid is set against the work actually delivered up to that point, and the balance in either direction is settled. Work already delivered and accepted is not refundable.
