No contact form that disappears into a void, no chatbot, no sales team. Write to me and you get a reply from the person who would be building the thing.
Got a project
Tell me what is slowing your business down and roughly what you are willing to spend. You will get an honest view on whether I can build it, what it costs and how long it takes. If it is not something I should build, I will say so.
Something is broken
If a calculator gives a figure that looks wrong, or a game misbehaves on your phone, tell me which one and what you did. Corrections usually go out the same week.
What helps me reply usefully
If you are writing about a project, four things get you a real answer instead of a request for more information.
- The problem, not the solution. "Our stock counts are always wrong by month end" tells me more than "we need an inventory app".
- How you handle it today. A spreadsheet, a notebook, three WhatsApp groups. Whatever it actually is.
- Who uses it. Two people in one office, or forty across three branches. It changes the build considerably.
- Your rough budget. Not to charge you the maximum, but so I can tell you quickly whether it is feasible.
